Located in a quiet, sought-after area in Cannes hinterland, this Bastide dating from 1840, transformed a century later by the addition of a Neo-Provençal Bastide, offers an ideal getaway setting combining nature, comfort and serenity. Surrounded by almost 30 hectares of wooded land, facing the sea, the property invites you to relax with its well-kept outdoor spaces, swimming pool, and several shaded or sunny spots to suit your mood. As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by the natural light emanating from the living room. The space continues with an adjoining service entrance, double vestiaire and guest toilet.

The living room is arranged around a convivial lounge, aligned with an elegant stone fireplace. Gorgeous arched windows punctuate the thick walls of this authentic bastide, letting in soft, authentic light. A television area, with a comfortable U-shaped sofa, extends the room and opens directly onto a sunny terrace with a summer lounge. The independent, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for sharing convivial moments. The kitchen will meet all your expectations with modern, functional equipments.

The sleeping areas comprise five bedrooms, three of which are en suite, while the other two each have their own shower room. All are equipped with inbuilt storage, designed for optimum comfort. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer facilitates daily organization. Several parking spaces are also available on the property, including a 2-car garage.

Thanks to its dominant position, the property enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and surrounding hills. The pool area below has been purposefully set apart from the house to preserve the calm of the property. The pool, around ten meters long with a maximum depth of two meters, is fully enclosed. Eight deckchairs provide the ideal space for relaxing in complete privacy.

Deposit and cleaning fees

A deposit of 1 500 € will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
