Located just a 5-minute drive from the charming village of Valbonne, Villa Rose de Pierre is set across several levels and offers generous living spaces. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a library with a piano, a furnished patio, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals with ease. This level also features a master suite with its own private bathroom.

Upstairs, two double bedrooms, each with a desk, storage space, and a private balcony, share a bathroom with a bathtub. The lower level, accessible through a separate entrance, includes two independent guest suites, each with its own shower room and toilet, offering additional privacy for families or groups of friends.

The outdoor areas naturally extend the living spaces and provide the perfect setting for relaxation and leisure. They feature a solar-heated swimming pool with its pool house and sun loungers, as well as a terrace with an outdoor dining area, summer kitchen, barbecue, and lounge space. A leisure area equipped with a trampoline, swing set, and ping-pong table completes the outdoor amenities.

A deposit of 2 500 € will be secured by bank imprint or bank transfer one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
