The apartment offers two welcoming bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed, storage space and an en suite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom features two single beds that can be converted into a double, ideal for welcoming family or friends. A second bathroom with heated towel rail and separate toilet with sink complete the space. All rooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi access.
Outside, enjoy 55 sq. m. of private garden with a large terrace featuring a dining table and summer lounge. The perfect place for breakfast in the sun or dinner. Located just a few minutes from the center of Juan-les-Pins, the apartment is only a 10-minute walk from beaches, restaurants and shops.

Deposit and cleaning fees :

A deposit of 500 € will be secured by bank imprint one week before the start of the stay. The credit card imprint is automatically cancelled after the stay if no problem is reported.
Cleaning charge 150 € per stay.
